ATX Defense Ranks No. 1,240 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Austin-based national security firm earns a spot on the prestigious list for the second consecutive year, rising more than 500 places.

AUSTIN, Texas— Aug. 11, 2026—ATX Defense has been named to the Inc. 5000 for the second consecutive year, ranking No. 1,240 on the 2026 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. The firm rose more than 500 places from its 2025 ranking.

ATX Defense supports small and midsize businesses operating in the national security market. More than 100 companies have achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certification using CMMC Space, the firm’s compliance solution. The platform is designed to help defense contractors prepare for certification more quickly and at a lower cost than traditional compliance approaches.

Inc. 5000 List Methodology
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2025. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.)

The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2025 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
